Job Description
Tata Capital is hiring Loan Officers for Group Loan Sales role. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing customers, forming and managing borrower groups, and driving loan disbursement in assigned areas. The role involves field sales, client meetings, and ensuring timely collections while maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire customers for group loans through field visits
- Form and manage JLG (Joint Liability Groups)
- Explain loan products and process applications
- Ensure timely loan disbursement and documentation
- Handle collections and maintain portfolio quality
- Achieve monthly sales and recovery targets
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience in BFSI sales (Group Loan/Microfinance preferred)
- Graduate in any discipline
- Good communication and local area knowledge
- Willingness for field sales and target-based role
Salary: Upto ₹3.10 LPA
