Relationship Manager - Retail
- Cold Calling & Fieldwork: Find potential buyers through cold calling, corporate visits, and field visits.
- Open Market Sourcing: Get new business by setting up booths at residential sites, malls, or public events.
- Channel Partners: Build strong ties with real estate agents, builders, and brokers to get referrals. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
- Document Verification: Collect and check important customer documents like KYC, income proof, and bank statements.
- Speed (TAT): Keep the TAT (Turnaround Time) fast by moving files quickly from the customer to the credit and risk teams.
- Sanction to Disbursement: Help customers from the time their loan is approved (sanctioned) until the final money release (disbursement). [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
- Customer Service: Answer questions clearly and keep clients updated on their loan status.
- Compliance & KYC: Follow strict financial rules and internal company policies to prevent fraud
