Sales Executive

• Greet and assist customers visiting the showroom.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable two-wheeler models.
• Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, finance options, and offers.
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test ride arrangements.
• Generate and follow up on sales leads to achieve monthly targets.
• Coordinate with finance, insurance, and registration teams for smooth vehicle delivery.
• Maintain customer records and update sales activities in the CRM system.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Ensure showroom displays are maintained and vehicles are presented professionally.
• Handle customer queries and provide excellent after-sales support.

Requirements:

• Minimum Higher Secondary (12th Pass) / Any Degree preferred.
• Prior experience in automobile sales or retail sales is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service and negotiation abilities.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
• Valid two-wheeler driving license preferred.
• Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
• Willingness to work on weekends and holidays as per showroom requirements
