Job Description

Lesson Delivery: Conduct interactive speaking sessions focusing on practical, real-life communication rather than just textbook theory.

Skill Development: Teach and correct grammar, syntax, phonology (pronunciation), and sentence structure.

Curriculum Planning: Create or adapt lesson plans tailored to the proficiency levels and specific goals of individual students or groups.

Student Engagement: Maximize "Student Talking Time" (STT) through debates, role-playing, and peer-to-peer exercises.

Assessments & Feedback: Monitor progress, conduct concept checks, and provide encouraging, actionable error correction.
