Job Description
Record daily sales from POS, dine-in, delivery, and aggregator platforms.
Reconcile settlements from Zomato, Swiggy, and direct ordering channels.
Enter vendor invoices, purchases, expenses, and payment vouchers accurately in accounting software.
Maintain petty cash, bank reconciliation, and daily cash closing records.
Track vendor outstanding balances and payment schedules.
Maintain records for inventory purchases including raw material, packaging, and kitchen consumables.
Coordinate with operations, stores, and finance teams for invoice collection and documentation.
Assist in monthly closing, MIS reporting, and preparation of data for GST filing and audit.
Maintain organized digital and physical records of invoices, bills, credit notes, and payment proofs.
