📞 Follow-up with Customers for Outstanding Payments
📊 Maintain Accounts Receivable Records & Ageing Reports
🧾 Perform Ledger Reconciliation & Bill-by-Bill Matching
📋 Track Pending Payments & Collection Status
📧 Handle Payment-Related Communication via Phone & Email
💻 Maintain Accurate Records in Tally Prime
📌 Requirements:
⚡ Advanced Knowledge of Tally Prime
📊 Experience in Inventory Tracking, Ageing Reports & Reconciliation
🧾 Knowledge of GST & GSTR-2B Reconciliation
📞 Strong Communication & Collection Follow-up Skills
🎯 Persistent, Disciplined & Result-Oriented Approach
📝 Excellent Record-Keeping & Follow-up Management Skills
