Role Overview:

Assist the Store Manager in managing daily store operations, inventory, manpower, and order fulfillment while ensuring smooth and efficient customer service.

*Key Responsibilities*

Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning.

Supervise store staff, pickers, packers, helpers, and delivery riders.

Monitor inventory, stock accuracy, inbound and outbound movements.

Ensure timely order picking, packing, and dispatch.

Track order accuracy and delivery performance metrics.

Maintain store hygiene, safety, and compliance with SOPs.

Handle manpower planning, attendance, and shift scheduling.

Prepare daily operational and inventory reports.

Resolve operational issues and customer escalations.

Coordinate with warehouse, supply chain, and operations teams.

Drive team productivity and maintain service levels.

Graduate in any discipline
