Job Description
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Beautician to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about beauty services, possess excellent technical skills, and ensure a pleasant and professional client experience.
We have openings across multiple locations pune, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad and Delhi
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a range of beauty services including facials, waxing, threading, manicures, pedicures, and basic makeup.
- Recommend suitable skincare, haircare, and beauty treatments based on client needs.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of workstations, tools, and salon equipment as per safety standards.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products.
- Manage client appointments and ensure timely service delivery.
- Upsell beauty products and treatments to meet sales targets.
- Ensure excellent customer service, addressing client queries and concerns professionally.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Beautician, Cosmetologist, or similar role.
- Relevant certification or diploma in Beauty Therapy / Cosmetology.
- Strong knowledge of beauty products and techniques.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail, creativity, and a professional attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple clients.
