Biryani Cook

We are looking for a Hyderabadi Dum Biryani Chef to join our team Chaska Biryani (cloud kitchen) and prepare delicious biryani meals for the online orders. Key responsibility includes preparing and delivering high-quality dishes, setting up the menu and manage everything independently initially. The position offers an in-hand salary of max 18,000.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Biryani Chef role based in Faridabad. The Biryani Chef is responsible for planning and preparing menu items, cooking dishes to order and ensuring that food quality, taste and presentation meet restaurant standards. Day-to-day tasks include organizing the kitchen, managing food prep, monitoring stock levels. The role also involves maintaining cost control, minimizing waste, and supporting a positive, professional kitchen environment.

Qualifications

• Culinary skills in Cooking and Food Preparation, with the ability to execute a variety of dishes consistently.
• Strong knowledge of Hygiene and food safety standards, and the ability to implement and monitor them in the kitchen.
• Formal culinary training or certification, or equivalent hands-on experience in a professional kitchen.
• Ability to manage multiple orders and maintain attention to detail.

Shift Timings: Wednesday to Monday, 12:30 – 9:30 PM. 6 days working with mandatory weekends work. 

The position offers an in-hand salary between INR 15,000 to 18,000.
