Project Implementation

Ensure efficient execution of civil, structural, and finishing works.

• Monitor material consumption and control wastage.
• Verify measurements and quantities for billing and contractor payments.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and site procedures.
• Resolve day-to-day site issues and provide practical engineering solutions.

Quality & Documentation

Conduct quality checks and ensure compliance with project specifications.

• Maintain site reports, progress reports, inspection records, and documentation.
• Coordinate testing of materials and workmanship as required.
• Assist in preparation of project completion reports and handover documentation.

AI & Technology Utilization

Possess basic understanding of AI tools and their applications in construction management.

• Utilize AI-assisted software for scheduling, reporting, data analysis, and productivity tracking.
• Explore opportunities to improve project efficiency through digital and AI-based solutions.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies in the construction industry.
