Job Description
We are hiring for the role of "Relationship Executive" for Sanguine Capital for Faridabad location.
Experience: Fresher - 3 Years
CTC - 15K per month - 25K per month (Depending upon criteria + Performance-based incentive)
Location - Faridabad
Job Description -
1. Handle inbound and outbound calls while resolving client queries in a professional manner
2. Follow up with leads and convert them into potential business opportunities
3. Maintain a positive, confident, and persuasive approach during client interactions
4. Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to understand client requirements and schedule meetings accordingly
5. Record client feedback and share valuable insights with the internal team
6. Ensure accurate documentation of all client conversations, follow-ups, and outcomes
7. Build and maintain long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business and customer retention
8. Stay updated on company products, services, and current industry trends
9. Maintain strict confidentiality of client information and company data
