Job OverviewWe are looking for a responsible and target-oriented Collection Executive to join our team in Palam Colony, New Delhi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for following up with customers, collecting outstanding payments, maintaining proper records, and ensuring timely recovery of dues.

• Key ResponsibilitiesContact customers regarding pending and overdue payments.
• Conduct field visits to customers for payment collection when required.
• Follow up regularly with customers through calls and in-person visits.
• Maintain accurate records of collections, pending payments, and customer commitments.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.
• Explain payment details and resolve basic customer queries related to outstanding dues.
• Coordinate with the accounts and management teams regarding payment status.
• Submit daily collection and field visit reports.
• Ensure professional and polite communication while handling customers.
• Follow company policies and procedures for payment recovery.
• RequirementsPrevious experience in collection, field sales, field recovery, or customer handling will be preferred.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle customers professionally.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Willingness to travel for field collection activities.
• Basic knowledge of smartphones and digital payment methods.
• A valid driving licence and two-wheeler are preferred for field visits.
