Counter Staff

We are looking for a friendly and responsible Counter Sales Executive to manage our bakery counter and assist customers in selecting cakes and bakery products. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle customers politely while maintaining smooth counter operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and attend to customers at the bakery counter.
• Help customers choose cakes and other bakery products based on their requirements.
• Handle billing and payment through POS/cash.
• Pack cakes and bakery items properly for takeaway and delivery orders.
• Coordinate with delivery riders and hand over orders on time.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of the counter area.
• Ensure products are displayed neatly and stock is checked regularly.
• Handle customer queries and provide good service to enhance customer experience.

Requirements:

• Basic communication skills in English/Hindi.
• Friendly nature and customer-focused attitude.
• Basic knowledge of billing/POS systems is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced bakery environment.

Experience:

Freshers and candidates with retail or bakery experience are both welcome to apply.
