Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end operations on digital marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)
- Create, update, and optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, keywords, images)
- Monitor inventory, pricing, and promotions across platforms
- Plan and execute marketplace advertising campaigns (PPC, sponsored ads)
- Analyze sales data, traffic, and conversion metrics to improve performance
- Coordinate with logistics, catalog, and customer support teams
- Handle marketplace compliance, policies, and account health
- Track competitors and market trends to identify growth opportunities
- Manage ratings, reviews, and customer feedback
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and marketplace dynamics
- Knowledge of SEO, keyword optimization, and product listing strategies
- Experience with marketplace advertising tools (Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads)
- Analytical skills (Excel, Google Analytics, dashboards)
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
