Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (In-hand, depending on interview)

Job SummaryTimezone is looking for a skilled and proactive Venue Service Engineer to maintain and troubleshoot arcade games, VR attractions, redemption machines, and other entertainment equipment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in PCB fault finding, electrical and electronic troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance to ensure smooth venue operations.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPerform preventive and breakdown maintenance of arcade games, VR machines, bowling equipment, and other amusement devices.
• Diagnose and repair PCB (Printed Circuit Board) faults using testing tools and electronic troubleshooting techniques.
• Identify and resolve electrical, electronic, and mechanical issues efficiently.
• Repair or replace faulty components such as relays, switches, sensors, motors, power supplies, wiring, and control boards.
• Conduct fault finding using multimeters and other diagnostic equipment.
• Carry out soldering, desoldering, and basic PCB-level repairs where required.
• Ensure all machines are operational before venue opening and throughout business hours.
• Respond quickly to machine breakdowns to minimize downtime.
• Maintain service records, maintenance logs, and spare parts inventory.
• Coordinate with OEM vendors for major repairs and technical support when required.
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and company maintenance procedures.
• Assist in installation, testing, and commissioning of new equipment.
• Work closely with the venue operations team to deliver a seamless guest experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workshop and service area.
• RequirementsDiploma/ITI in Electronics, Electrical, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
• Experience in PCB fault finding, troubleshooting, and electronic equipment maintenance.
• Knowledge of electrical circuits, control panels, SMPS, sensors, motors, and electronic components.
• Ability to read circuit diagrams and technical manuals.
• Hands-on experience with multimeters, soldering equipment, and other testing tools.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Preferred ExperienceExperience in arcade, gaming, amusement, automation, or entertainment equipment maintenance will be an added advantage.
• Candidates with experience in troubleshooting PCB control boards and electronic gaming machines are preferred.
