Below Mentioned Job description is for the Home Furnishing & Accessories
- Inventory Management: Track all inward and outward goods using inventory software (e.g., Tally, WFX, SAP), update stock ledgers, and regularly check minimum stock levels to prevent delays.
- Material Receipts & Quality Control: Verify delivered materials against Purchase Orders (POs) and Delivery Challans, and issue Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs) only after Quality Assurance (QA) approval.
- Production Coordination: Issue raw materials (e.g., fabrics, buttons, zippers) to the production or sampling floor based on approved cut plans and job orders.
- Export & Packaging Compliance: Ensure finished goods are packed and labeled according to international buyer specifications and coordinate closely with the export/logistics team for smooth dispatch.
- Audits & Physical Verification: Conduct routine physical stock audits, reconcile discrepancies, and prepare monthly stock statements for departmental heads.
- Trade Claims (TCs) Management: Review, record, and verify all inward and outward Better Cotton TCs. Ensure the TCs align perfectly with physical fabric or yarn deliveries before logging them into the digital supply chain platforms.
- Mass Balance Tracking: Maintain meticulous stock records and volume reconciliations for Better Cotton according to the BCP chain of custody models.
- Audit Preparation: Organize all BCP-related documentation, delivery notes, invoices, and TC records for periodic supply chain compliance and integrity audits.
- Receiving, storing, and organizing inventory in the store area, Maintain accurate records of stock levels and assist in inventory management.
- Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing, Stocking shelves and maintaining adequate stock levels.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations, Follow company policies and procedures regarding safety and security measures.
- Maintenance of the required minimum stock level as per the approved list for RM & FG.
- After daily monitoring of the minimum stock level, a material request procurement plan to sent to purchase every month.
- Receiving goods and verifying the material received is as per relevant Purchase Orders.
- Ensure that all materials, inspected and accepted by QA are only taken to stock.
- Exercise control on issuing /receiving material to production and service.

- Scrap decisions shall be taken with the consent of the manager Store every month for items declared as rejection/ scrap.
- Issue the materials against the production plan against the material request from production.
- Prepare delivery notes /DCs/STN and required documents for stock transfer.
