Job OverviewWe are looking for proactive and customer-focused individuals for the role of Field Relationship Manager. The role involves visiting customer locations, understanding their painting requirements, taking accurate measurements, recommending suitable products, and closing deals.

• Key ResponsibilitiesVisit customer locations to understand painting requirements
• Measure and calculate the total paintable area accurately (in square meters)
• Recommend suitable colors, paint types, and required quantity
• Understand customer preferences and suggest the best solutions
• Provide cost estimates and negotiate to close deals
• Maintain regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction
• Keep records of site visits, measurements, and closures
• Eligibility Criteria6 months to 2 years of experience in field roles or customer-facing positions
• Must own a bike and have a valid driving license (mandatory)
• Experience letter and latest salary slips are required
• Immediate joiners preferred (0–7 days notice period)
• Skills & QualificationsStrong communication and negotiation skills
• Hands-on fieldwork experience
• Ability to calculate areas and recommend appropriate products
• Basic knowledge of paint products is an added advantage
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and well-organized
