Field Sales Executive

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Marketing Support

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products/services.
• Handle inbound calls and respond to customer sales queries.
• Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and assist in conversions.
• Coordinate with the sales team for meetings, appointments, and closures.
• Maintain customer databases and ensure accurate records in CRM.
• Reporting & CompliancePrepare monthly/quarterly sales reports and maintain performance records for management review.
• Stay updated with market trends, trade regulations, and compliance requirements (customs, import-export norms as applicable).
• Participate in management review meetings, discuss customer issues/complaints, and contribute to training & development initiatives.
• Organizational ResponsibilitiesUphold and promote company policies, ethics, and workplace culture.
• Maintain data confidentiality at all times.
• Support colleagues by acting as a substitute during their absence and handling emergent responsibilities.
• Follow company HR policies, rules, and regulations, and motivate the team to do the same.
• Promote healthy work habits and wellness practices within the organization.

Key Requirements

• Graduate in any stream.
• Prior experience in telecalling / telesales / sales coordination / customer service preferred (freshers may apply).
• Strong communication skills in Hindi & English.
• Good persuasion, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM handling preferred).
• Ability to work in a target-driven and compliance-oriented environment.
