Job Description: HR Executive / HR ManagerWe are looking for a smart and responsible HR Executive / HR Manager who can handle complete HR work independently.

The candidate should be able to hire good talent, build a strong team, maintain manpower, handle employee records, and manage HR compliance properly.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle recruitment and take interviews
• Hire sincere, hardworking, and talented candidates
• Maintain proper manpower as per company requirement
• Prepare offer letters and appointment letters
• Maintain employee files and HR records
• Handle attendance, leave policy, and leave register
• Manage PF, ESI, and other HR compliance
• Handle employee complaints and discipline matters
• Manage resignation, exit process, and full & final settlement
• Support management in hiring, firing, and team improvement
• Keep all HR work updated and properly documented
• Required SkillsGood communication and interview skills
• Knowledge of recruitment and HR process
• Knowledge of PF, ESI, compliance, attendance, and leave records
• Ability to build and maintain a good team
• Strong follow-up and documentation skills
• Calm, mature, and professional attitude
