Job Description

IT Support Executive

📍 Location: Sector 31, Faridabad

💰 Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 (Fixed)

Eligibility:

  • Preferred: Female candidates
  • 0–2 years of experience (Freshers can apply)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide basic IT support (hardware/software)
  • Troubleshoot system, network, and printer issues
  • Install and configure systems and applications
  • Maintain system performance and resolve user queries
  • Coordinate with vendors if required

Skills Required:

  • Basic knowledge of computers, networking, and troubleshooting
  • Familiarity with Windows OS and MS Office
  • Good communication skills
