Kasturi Creations is a premium Indian ethnic-wear brand with 15 retail stores and a fast-growing online business. We're hiring 2–4 sharp interns to support our marketing engine across Digital Marketing, Social Media Management and Business Development.

Role Overview

A hands-on internship for ambitious freshers who want real ownership and exposure across the full marketing function. You'll work directly with the marketing team and get to build across multiple areas — tell us where you're strongest, and we'll shape the role around your strengths and our needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Social Media Management: plan and assist with Instagram content, scheduling, trend-spotting, captions and community engagement
• Digital Marketing: support paid and organic campaigns, influencer outreach, email/WhatsApp marketing and performance reporting
• Business Development: retail/partner and influencer outreach, lead research, pitching and follow-ups
• Content & Creatives: build basic creatives in Canva and coordinate with the content/design team
• Research: run market, competitor and trend research to support decisions
• Support day-to-day marketing operations across channels

Requirements

• Strong communication and a hunger to learn fast
• Comfort with Instagram and major social platforms
• Basic Canva / content skills (a plus)
• Interest in fashion, branding and digital marketing
• A proactive, ownership-driven mindset
• Available full-time, on-site in Faridabad
