Job Description
About the Role:
ITSYBIZZ AI Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a passionate Mechanical Engineer to join our engineering team. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, manufacturing, and improving industrial machines, conveyor systems, automation equipment, and custom mechanical solutions.
The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of machine design, manufacturing processes, mechanical assemblies, and product development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design industrial machines, conveyor systems, and custom automation equipment.
- Create 3D models and detailed manufacturing drawings.
- Design machine frames, shafts, rollers, pulleys, brackets, guards, and structural components.
- Perform engineering calculations for load, torque, strength, and power transmission.
- Optimize designs for performance, reliability, cost, and manufacturability.
Product Development:
- Develop new products from concept to production.
- Create prototypes and improve existing products.
- Standardize mechanical components and assemblies.
- Collaborate with electrical, automation, and software teams during product development.
