About Us:

Harrai Laces Pvt. Ltd. is a trusted name in the textile manufacturing industry, specializing in high-quality laces and trims. We take pride in our craftsmanship, reliability, and strong relationships with our clients and vendors. We are seeking an organized and proactive Office and Operations Executive to join our team and ensure seamless day-to-day operations at our Faridabad office.


Important Note:

This is an on-site office & operations coordination role in a textile manufacturing unit. It involves documentation, dispatch coordination, production tracking, and internal follow-ups.

❌ This role is not for HR, marketing, design, creative, or work-from-home profiles.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Office Administration
  • Handle daily office operations and coordination.
  • Manage emails, documentation, and internal records.
  • Prepare and track invoices, challans, and dispatch documents.
  • Maintain organized physical and digital filing systems.


  • Client Coordination (Post-Order)
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients after order confirmation.
  • Share production updates, approvals, and dispatch details.
  • Coordinate sampling, revisions, and confirmations internally.
  • Ensure professional and timely client communication.


  • Operations & Dispatch Coordination
  • Coordinate with the production team on order timelines.
  • Track production readiness and escalate delays.
  • Plan and supervise dispatch schedules and logistics.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of dispatch documentation.


  • Team Supervision
  • Supervise Production & Operations Support staff.
  • Assign tasks, verify work accuracy, and create SOPs.
  • Train and guide backend staff on processes and documentation.


  • Reporting & Systems
  • Maintain order tracking sheets (Excel / Google Sheets).
  • Share weekly execution and dispatch status with management.


Skills & Profile:

  • 3–6 years of experience in office administration, operations coordination, or manufacturing support roles.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven.
  • Comfortable with multi-tasking in high-functioning environment.
  • Proficient in MS Excel / Google Sheets and office tools.


Work Schedule:

Full-time, Monday to Saturday; 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM; Office-based role (no remote option)
