Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain cleanliness and hygiene of office premises.
- Serve tea, water, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
- Handle office errands like photocopy, courier dispatch, and document filing.
- Assist in packing and organizing products/orders.
- Support inventory arrangement in office/store.
- Purchase office supplies when required.
- Help in loading/unloading small parcels.
- Maintain pantry and ensure daily essentials are stocked.
- Assist team members in day-to-day office tasks.
- Open and close office on time.
