Operation Executive

• Manage end-to-end customer coordination, including enquiries, requirement understanding, quotation coordination, follow-ups, feedback collection, service/installation scheduling, after-sales support and customer escalations.
• Coordinate with Sales, Service, Installation, Project and Accounts teams to ensure smooth execution of customer orders.
• Prepare quotations, Purchase Orders (PO), invoices and maintain project documentation.
• Maintain and update CRM, ERP, MIS and daily business reports.
• Track Sales Target vs Actual and prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports.
• Verify bills, check GST details and coordinate with the Accounts team for payment processing.
• Follow up with customers for outstanding payments and maintain payment records.
• Promote Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), paid services and customer retention activities.
• Search, prepare, submit and follow up on GeM/Government tenders.
• Maintain inventory records, project files and business documentation.
• Prepare Excel reports, PowerPoint presentations and make basic AutoCAD modifications.
• Coordinate with OEMs, vendors, consultants and channel partners whenever required.
