Job: PPC Executive (Production Planning and Control)

Job Location: Ballabhgarh, Faridabad (Near Metro station)

Experience: 2 years - 5 years

Min. Qualification: B.Com.

Salary Budget: ₹25,000 pm - ₹35,000 pm

Skills required: Google Sheets experience is MUST

Key Responsibilities

• Scheduling & Planning: Develop daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules based on customer orders, forecasts, and capacity.
• Resource Coordination: Ensure raw materials and manpower are available to meet production goals.
• Production Monitoring: Oversee work-in-progress to ensure compliance with schedules and quality standards.
• Efficiency Optimization: Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement improvements.
• Inventory Control: Manage inventory levels to minimize holding costs while ensuring production continuity.
• Reporting: Prepare and analyse daily/weekly production reports for management for MIS

Key Skills

• Software Proficiency: Experience with ERP systems and GOOGLE SHEETS
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data for process improvements.
• Communication: Strong ability to liaise with cross-functional teams (procurement, sales, manufacturing).
• Problem-Solving: Ability to resolve scheduling conflicts and operational delays.
