Job Description
Job Title: Production Supervisor (Lithium-Ion Battery Manufacturing)
Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee our lithium battery assembly line. The ideal candidate must have a deep understanding of lithium cell chemistry, battery pack assembly, and BMS (Battery Management System) integration. You will be responsible for managing a team of technicians, ensuring safety protocols, and meeting daily production targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Production Oversight: Supervise the end-to-end assembly of Lithium-ion/LFP battery packs (Cell sorting, Spot welding, BMS soldering, and Casing).
- BMS & Components: Ensure correct installation and testing of BMS, thermal sensors, and wiring harnesses. Knowledge of CAN/RS485 communication is a plus.
- Quality Control: Conduct voltage, internal resistance (IR), and capacity testing to ensure every pack meets company standards.
- Team Management: Manage a shift of 10-20 workers, including attendance, training on SOPs, and performance tracking.
- Safety First: Enforce strict safety guidelines to prevent fire hazards and ensure proper handling of lithium cells.
- Reporting: Maintain daily production logs and report any machine breakdowns or material shortages to the management
