Job Description
- Supervise day-to-day production activities.
- Allocate work to operators and technicians as per the production plan.
- Ensure production targets are achieved within the given timeline.
- Monitor manpower utilization and productivity.
- Coordinate with Quality, Purchase, Stores, Maintenance, and Dispatch departments.
- Ensure proper use of machines, tools, and equipment.
- Monitor product quality during production and minimize rework and rejection.
- Prepare daily production reports and update work order status.
- Ensure raw materials are available before starting production.
- Train and guide production operators and technicians.
- Maintain 5S, safety standards, and workplace discipline.
- Identify production issues and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and quality standards.
