Job Description
Equipment Maintenance: Execute preventive and corrective maintenance schedules on mechanical machinery and equipment to minimize downtime.
Production Support: Monitor daily production activities, assist in machine setups, and ensure that operational workflows run smoothly and safely.
Quality Assurance: Inspect manufactured parts and raw materials using precision measuring instruments (e.g., Vernier calipers, micrometers) to verify conformance with technical specifications.
Safety Compliance: Adhere to all industrial safety regulations (OSHA, local safety laws) and maintain a clean, Hazard-Free working environment.
Drafting & Design: Assist in modifying or creating 2D/3D fabrication and layout drawings using software like AutoCAD or SolidWorks under senior supervision.
Documentation: Maintain daily logs of machine operations, maintenance history, material consumption, and shift reports.
Troubleshooting: Identify root causes of mechanical failures and execute immediate or temporary repairs to restore operations. [1]
