Supervise Fabrication of Street light Poles and Brackets and identify areas for improvement.

Direct supervision of 25-30 Labour workforce (consisting of Welders, Grinderman, Helpers).

Ensure conformance to schedule and deadline.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement and process optimization.

Qualifications.

  • 5year experience in suprvising welding, grinding operations in Fabrication/ Heavy fabrication/ Structural fabrication production lines.
