Job Description
RESPONSIBLE FOR
- FORPART LAYOUT INSPECTION AS PER PART LAYOUT PLAN
- QUALITY IN PROCESS DOCUMENTATION PPAP FOR ALL CUSTOMERS. PHYSICAL PROCESS
AND PROCESS AUDIT. HANDLING CUSTOMER COMPLAINT. DOCUMENTATION AS PER IATF
16949-2016 STANDARD.
- 5'S & KAIZEN ACTIVITIES.
- DAILY MORNING MEETING WITH HEAD OF THE DEPARTMENT REGARDING SYSTEM.
- ALL INSTRUMENTS CALIBRATION
- QUALITY BOARD (OBJECTIVE)
- STANDARD ROOM RESPONSIBILITY.
- CONDUCT MSA & SPC AS PER PLAN.
- RESPONSIBLE FOR INTERNAL AUDIT, PROCESS AUDIT AND PRODUCT AUDIT WITH HOD.
- Responsible for check the complete report of process and IQC.
- Master List of Measuring Device & Instrument.
- Calibration Plan & Record of Measuring Device of external.
- To Collect MRM Data through all department.
- To Maintaining Complete Quality Objective Graph.
- Monthly Internal Calibration as per plan.
- To Maintain 4M Activity.
- Daily Red bin rejection data and scraped material will be kept in the rejection bin.
- Prepare to PPAP Docs.
- Direct Reporting to Q.A Head.
