Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with assigned bank branches to generate life insurance business.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with bank managers and branch staff.
- Identify customer insurance needs and recommend suitable life insurance solutions.
- Conduct customer meetings jointly with bank officials.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Assist customers with policy documentation and issuance.
- Train and motivate bank employees on insurance products and sales processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and insurance regulations (IRDAI).
- Maintain daily sales reports and customer records.
