Job Description

Job Overview:We are looking for a well-presented and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our perfume retail team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for fragrances, strong communication skills, and the ability to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

  • Key Responsibilities:Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable perfumes
  • Demonstrate product knowledge (notes, longevity, brands, etc.)
  • Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
  • Handle billing, payments, and basic store operations
  • Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the store
  • Manage stock display and assist in inventory tracking
  • Build customer relationships and encourage repeat business
