About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Sales Executive to sell industrial cutting tools to sheet metal companies, fabrication units, press shops, and steel processing companies in and around Faridabad.
The candidate must be comfortable with field sales, regular customer visits, lead generation, follow-ups, price negotiation, and working under pressure to meet sales targets.
- Visit sheet metal companies, fabrication units, press shops, and industrial customers in Faridabad and nearby areas.
- Generate new leads and convert them into customers.
- Promote and sell shearing blades and related industrial cutting tools.
- Understand customer requirements such as blade size, material, hardness, application, and machine type.
- Prepare quotations and follow up with customers for order closure.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Handle customer complaints, coordinate internally, and ensure timely resolution.
- Track competitor pricing, customer feedback, and market requirements.
- Meet monthly sales targets and report daily field activity to management.
- Coordinate with production and dispatch teams for order status and delivery updates.
Candidate Requirements
- Prior experience in industrial sales, B2B sales, tool sales, steel industry, fabrication industry, or sheet metal industry preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and willingness to do field sales may also apply.
- Must be willing to travel daily for customer visits.
- Should be confident, hardworking, and comfortable working under pressure.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic understanding of engineering products or industrial tools will be an advantage.
- Must be disciplined in follow-ups, reporting, and customer relationship management.
- Own two-wheeler preferred.

Compensation
