MAP Financial Services, an authorized franchise partner of Motilal Oswal Financial Services Ltd., is hiring a Sales Executive for new client acquisition and product sales in Faridabad and NCR.
This is a hybrid field + office role. You'll work from our Faridabad office for client meetings, lead reviews, and team coordination, and step into the field for face-to-face client meetings, KYC pickups, and local market activations.
Big advantage of this role: You won't be cold-calling all day. Our in-house telecalling team will pass warm, pre-qualified leads to you. Your job is to convert them and grow each client's portfolio over time. This is a target-driven, high-incentive role with strong growth potential into Relationship Manager and Wealth Manager positions.
Key Responsibilities
• Convert warm leads (passed from in-house telecallers) into onboarded clients
• Generate self-sourced leads through references, networking, and local market activity in Faridabad/NCR
• Meet prospects face-to-face, explain product offerings, and complete KYC / account opening
• Cross-sell SIPs, mutual funds, equity products, insurance, and lending solutions to existing clients
• Achieve monthly targets: Demat accounts opened, SIPs activated, equity AUM, revenue
• Maintain client relationships post-onboarding for repeat business and referrals
• Coordinate with the telecalling team for appointment scheduling and lead follow-ups
• Use CRM / Excel to log every meeting, call, and conversion stage
• Stay updated on market trends, Motilal Oswal research reports, and new product launches
Candidate Requirements
• Education: Graduate in any stream (B.Com / BBA / BA preferred); NISM VA certification is a plus
• Experience: 1 – 2 years of sales experience in BFSI sector (mandatory). Bank / NBFC / broking / mutual fund / insurance / fintech background required.
• Languages: Hindi (fluent), English (good), Hinglish comfort
• Skills: Client-facing communication, negotiation, persuasion, basic computer / Excel, financial product knowledge
• Two-wheeler with valid driving licence (mandatory for field meetings)
• Age: 21 – 35 years preferred
• Gender: Open to all
Salary & Benefits
• Fixed Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹28,000 per month (based on BFSI experience and interview performance)
• Per-account incentive on every Demat account opened
• Monthly SIP volume bonus (on new SIPs activated)

• Realistic On-Target Earnings (OTE): ₹35,000 – ₹50,000+ per month for performers
