Sales & Marketing Executive

ob Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive with a B.Tech background to join our team. The ideal candidate will leverage technical knowledge and marketing skills to promote our products/services, expand our customer base, and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:  

Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to promote products/services.  

Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through various channels.  

Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.  

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.  

Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations.  

Collaborate with the technical team to understand product features and benefits.  

Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company.  

Manage digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising.  

Provide feedback from clients and market to the product development team.  

Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote the company.

Requirements:  

Bachelor's degree in B.Tech (preferably in Electronics, Computer Science, or related field).  

Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in technology or engineering sectors.  

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.  

Technical understanding of our products/services is a plus.  

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.  

Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and digital marketing tools.  

Willingness to travel as required.
