We are a fast-growing organization engaged in the supply, installation, maintenance, and AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) services of CCTV surveillance systems, security solutions, access control systems, biometric systems, fire safety equipment, and related security products. We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to drive business growth and develop long-term customer relationships.

Job Summary
The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, developing new customers, conducting site visits, preparing quotations, closing sales, and achieving monthly sales targets for CCTV surveillance systems, safety products, and security services.
The candidate should have strong field sales capabilities and be able to build relationships with corporate clients, factories, warehouses, schools, hospitals, retail chains, residential societies, and government organizations.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, references, networking, and digital channels.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Meet prospective customers and understand their security requirements.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.
Sales Activities
- Promote CCTV systems, surveillance solutions, access control systems, fire safety products, and AMC services.
- Prepare commercial proposals and quotations.
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms.
- Follow up on quotations and convert opportunities into orders.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Customer Relationship Management
- Develop strong relationships with key customers.
- Ensure customer satisfaction during project execution.
- Coordinate with installation and service teams.
- Identify opportunities for repeat business and AMC contracts.
Site Surveys
- Visit customer locations for requirement gathering.
- Coordinate with technical teams for surveys and solution design.
- Assist in preparing technical-commercial proposals.
Market Intelligence
- Monitor competitors and market trends.
- Identify emerging opportunities in security and surveillance markets.
- Provide regular feedback to management.
Reporting
- Maintain daily visit reports.
- Update CRM or sales tracker.
- Submit weekly and monthly sales reports.
- Track inquiry-to-order conversion ratios.
