*Key Responsibilities (What you will do):

 New Client Acquisition:** Identify, approach, and pitch packaging solutions to potential B2B clients, manufacturers, and industries.

Lead Generation:** Generate new sales leads through field visits, telecalling, and digital professional networks.

Relationship Management:** Maintain active relationships with existing buyers to ensure regular orders and high customer satisfaction.

Market Analysis:** Understand local market demand for Kraft Paper and boxes, and track competitor pricing.

Sales Closure:** Negotiate deal terms, finalize pricing, and successfully close business deals to meet monthly targets.

Payment Collection:** Coordinate with clients for timely payment clearances and follow up on outstanding invoices.

Requirements (What we are looking for):

 Education:** Graduate or Higher Secondary (12^{th} Pass) with a keen interest in field sales.

 Experience:** 0 to 3 years of experience in B2B sales, corporate sales, or industrial marketing (Experience in paper/packaging is a big plus).

 Skills:** Strong communication, active listening, negotiation, and convincing skills.

 Language:** Fluency in Hindi; basic understanding of professional English.

 Conveyance:** Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license for regular local client visits.
