पेटीएम (Paytm) फील्ड सेल्स एग्जीक्यूटिव (FSE) का मुख्य काम स्थानीय बाज़ारों में व्यापारियों (merchants) से मिलकर उन्हें पेटीएम QR कोड, साउंडबॉक्स, EDC/कार्ड मशीन के साथ जोड़ना (Onboarding) और डिजिटल भुगतान के लिए प्रोत्साहित करना है। इसमें प्रतिदिन फील्ड विजिट करना, बिक्री लक्ष्य (Sales Targets) पूरा करना और ग्राहकों को बिक्री के बाद सहायता प्रदान करना शामिल है, जिसके लिए एक स्मार्टफोन और बाइक होना अनिवार्य है। Job Hai +3

पेटीएम फील्ड सेल्स एग्जीक्यूटिव (FSE) की प्रमुख जिम्मेदारियां:

  • व्यापारी ऑनबोर्डिंग (Merchant Onboarding): स्थानीय दुकानदारों से मिलना, उन्हें पेटीएम की सेवाओं (QR, साउंडबॉक्स) के बारे में समझाना और उन्हें पेटीएम पर पंजीकृत करना।
  • बिक्री लक्ष्य पूरा करना: क्यूआर कोड, कार्ड स्वाइप मशीन (EDC), और अन्य वित्तीय उत्पादों को स्थापित करना और मासिक बिक्री लक्ष्य प्राप्त करना।
  • फील्ड विजिट (Field Visit): अपने निर्धारित क्षेत्र में प्रतिदिन घर-घर या दुकान-दर-दुकान जाकर नए ग्राहकों (लीड) को खोजना।
  • बिक्री के बाद सहायता: स्थापित की गई मशीनों की समस्याओं का समाधान करना और ग्राहकों को सक्रिय (active) बनाए रखना।
  • रिपोर्टिंग: की गई यात्राओं और बिक्री का दैनिक रिकॉर्ड (documentation) बनाए रखना।
