Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesLead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Generate new business opportunities through field activities, channel partners, RWAs, builders, and corporate clients.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching and guidance.
- Conduct customer meetings, site visits, and project discussions.
- Coordinate with the operations and technical teams for smooth project execution.
- Ensure timely follow-up, proposal submission, and deal closure.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Train new sales executives on products, sales strategies, and company processes.
- Eligibility CriteriaMinimum 2–5 years of experience in the Solar EPC / Rooftop Solar Industry.
- Experience in handling a sales team is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of rooftop solar systems, PM Surya Ghar Yojana, net metering, and customer acquisition.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel for field sales.
- Preferred CandidateCandidate must have prior experience in the Solar Industry.
- Target-oriented with a proven sales track record.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
- Salary & BenefitsSalary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience)
