We are seeking a proactive **Backend Coordinator** to manage production floor operations and ensure smooth backend workflow in a footwear manufacturing setup. The role involves coordinating with teams, handling orders, managing inventory, and supporting dispatch and logistics to optimize supply chain efficiency.

### 📌 Key Responsibilities

- **Production Coordination:**  

 - Align daily production schedules with team leads.  

 - Monitor order processing and ensure timely completion.  

- **Backend Operations:**  

 - Handle system-based work coordination with production teams.  

 - Maintain records of orders, dispatch details, and inventory.  

- **Inventory & Dispatch Management:**  

 - Track raw material and finished goods inventory.  

 - Prepare dispatch schedules and coordinate with logistics partners.  

- **Team Handling:**  

 - Support production team in workflow optimization.  

 - Ensure smooth communication between floor staff and management.  

- **Supply Chain Support:**  

 - Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely material availability.  

 - Assist in resolving bottlenecks in production and dispatch.

### ✅ Desired Candidate Profile

- **Experience:** 1–2 years in backend operations/production coordination (preferably in footwear, garments, or export houses).  

- **Background:** Exposure to small workshops or unorganised manufacturing sectors.  

- **Skills:**  

 - Strong organizational and coordination skills.  

 - Knowledge of inventory management and order processing.  

 - Ability to handle dispatch and logistics coordination.  

 - Team management and problem-solving mindset.  

- **Education:** Graduate/Diploma in any stream (preferably operations, supply chain, or related fields).
