Senior Software Developer

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Senior Software Developer with strong expertise in MongoDB, Express.js, Node.js, React.js (MERN Stack) along with SQL Database Management and System Design capabilities. The ideal candidate should be capable of designing scalable systems, creating optimized API structures, and developing high-performance applications.

Note: Internship experience will not be considered as part of the required work experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications using the MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
• Develop highly optimized and secure REST APIs with proper architecture and performance tuning.
• Design efficient database schemas in both MongoDB and SQL databases.
• Create scalable and optimized system architecture for software products.
• Improve application performance, response time, and database efficiency.
• Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code following best practices.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and performance bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for feature planning and implementation.
• Ensure code quality through testing, documentation, and code reviews.
• Participate in software architecture and technical decision-making.
• Good knowledge of SQL databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL/MS SQL or equivalent).
• Strong understanding of System Design & Software Architecture.
• Ability to design optimized API structures for performance and scalability.

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of full-time professional experience in software development.
• Internship period will not be counted toward experience.
• Experience working on real-world production applications is preferred.
