Site Engineer

Site Engineer / साइट इंजीनियर

Location: Construction sites across Delhi NCR (based full-time at assigned site)

Reports To: Senior Civil Engineer / Project Head

We are looking for a site engineer who will be based on-site and take full ownership of day-to-day site operations — managing the site supervisor, foreman, site caretaker, and daily laborers, and ensuring work matches the approved building plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site operations from start to finish
• Read and interpret site maps and building drawings, and ensure all work follows the approved plan
• Supervise and coordinate the work of the site supervisor, foreman, site caretaker, and laborers
• Track daily progress on site and prepare progress reports to send to the Senior Civil Engineer
• Ensure construction quality matches drawings, specifications, and building-level technical standards
• Monitor material usage on site and coordinate procurement needs with the site supervisor
• Ensure daily labor attendance and safety protocols are properly followed
• Resolve day-to-day site issues directly, and escalate major concerns to the Senior Civil Engineer
• Coordinate with government inspectors or officials during site visits, when required
• Maintain proper site documentation — progress logs, drawings, and material records

Requirements

• Diploma or B.Tech in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on site execution experience
• Able to read and work with technical maps, drawings, and building-level plans
• Good working knowledge of building technology, materials, and construction methods
• Fluent in both English and Hindi
• Willing to be based on-site full time

हमें एक साइट इंजीनियर चाहिए जो साइट पर रहकर रोज़ का सारा काम खुद संभाले — सुपरवाइज़र, फोरमैन, केयरटेकर और मज़दूरों को मैनेज करे, और देखे कि काम नक्शे के हिसाब से ही हो रहा है।

मुख्य जिम्मेदारियां

• साइट का पूरा रोज़मर्रा का काम शुरू से लेकर आखिर तक खुद संभालना
• साइट के नक्शे और ड्रॉइंग को समझना और काम उसी हिसाब से करवाना
• सुपरवाइज़र, फोरमैन, केयरटेकर और मज़दूरों के काम पर नज़र रखना और सबको साथ लेकर चलना
• रोज़ का काम कहां तक पहुंचा, इसका हिसाब रखना और सीनियर इंजीनियर को बताना
• काम की क्वालिटी ड्रॉइंग और स्टैंडर्ड के हिसाब से सही है या नहीं, ये चेक करना
• साइट पर सामान कितना लगा और कितना और चाहिए, ये सुपरवाइज़र के साथ मिलकर तय करना
• रोज़ मज़दूरों की हाज़िरी और सेफ्टी के नियम ठीक से फॉलो हो रहे हैं या नहीं, ये देखना
• साइट पर आने वाली छोटी-मोटी दिक्कतें खुद सुलझाना, बड़ी दिक्कत हो तो सीनियर इंजीनियर को बताना
• जब सरकारी अफसर साइट देखने आएं, तो ज़रूरत पड़ने पर उनसे बात करना
• साइट का हिसाब-किताब रखना — प्रोग्रेस रिपोर्ट, ड्रॉइंग और सामान का रिकॉर्ड

आवश्यक योग्यता

• सिविल इंजीनियरिंग में डिप्लोमा या बी.टेक
• कम से कम 3-5 साल साइट पर काम करने का अनुभव
• नक्शे और ड्रॉइंग पढ़ना-समझना आता हो
• कंस्ट्रक्शन की टेक्नोलॉजी, सामान और तरीकों की अच्छी जानकारी हो
• अंग्रेज़ी और हिंदी दोनों अच्छे से बोल और समझ लेते हों
• जिस साइट पर काम मिले, वहां पूरा समय रहने के लिए तैयार हों
