Site Supervisor

We are seeking a motivated and growth-oriented Construction Site Supervisor who is eager to learn and enhance their expertise in construction field operations. The candidate will assist in managing day-to-day site activities while gaining hands-on experience in execution, coordination, quality control, and project management.

• Key Responsibilities:Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities at the project site.
• Assist in planning, scheduling, and execution of work as per drawings and specifications.
• Monitor labor productivity and ensure efficient use of materials and resources.
• Support senior engineers/project managers in site execution and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and site regulations.
• Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality control.
• Learn to interpret technical drawings, BOQs, and specifications.
• Maintain site records including daily progress reports, material logs, and site instructions.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Identify on-site issues and proactively seek guidance to resolve them.

• Required Qualifications:Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 0–3 years of experience in construction/site supervision (freshers with strong interest may apply).
• Basic understanding of construction drawings and site processes.
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced environment.
