Job Description – Inventory & Operations Executive (Female) Location: Near Badarpur Border

Salary: ₹17,000 per month

Experience: Fresher to 1 Year

Qualification: 12th Pass / B.A. / B.Sc.

Gender: Female

Job Requirements

• Must be computer literate.
• Fresher to 1 year of relevant experience.
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass, B.A., or B.Sc.
• Good command of the English language (spoken and written).
• Must be residing near the Badarpur Border location.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain inventory records and perform stock-taking activities.

• Prepare Sales Orders (SO) and Purchase Orders (PO).
• Maintain the stock register accurately.
• Handle courier receipts and coordinate logistics.
• Send emails regarding stock shortages, excess stock, and inventory discrepancies.
• Match received materials with purchase invoices.
• Handle product samples and returned materials.
• Manage packaging materials and maintain related records.
• Report shortages, excess inventory, and stock differences to the concerned team.
• Ensure accurate documentation and maintain inventory-related records.
