Position: Supervisor cum Store Incharge

Industry: Consumer Electronics / Home Appliances

Products: Air Conditioners (AC), Refrigerators, Washing Machines, Air Coolers, Water Purifiers, Small Domestic Appliances, and other Consumer Electronics products.

• Job ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day store operations efficiently.
• Maintain inventory and stock records for consumer electronics and home appliances.
• Monitor inward and outward movement of products.
• Ensure proper storage, handling, and display of products.
• Coordinate with the sales, warehouse, and dispatch teams.
• Supervise store staff and assign daily tasks.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports.
• Conduct periodic stock audits and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Ensure timely availability of products and coordinate replenishment with the procurement team.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and discipline within the store.
• Candidate RequirementsExperience in the Consumer Electronics or Home Appliances industry is mandatory.
• Hands-on experience handling products such as ACs, Refrigerators, Washing Machines.
• 1–3 years of experience as a Store Incharge, Store Supervisor, or in a similar role.
• Good knowledge of inventory management and store operations.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word, and inventory software/ERP preferred).
• Good communication and team handling skills.
• Honest, responsible, and detail-oriented.
• QualificationGraduate preferred (12th Pass with relevant experience may also be considered).
