Role Overview: 

We are looking for a highly motivated and serious Field Sales Executive who enjoys meeting  customers, building relationships, and closing deals. This is a target-driven role with  excellent earning potential and career growth. 

Key Responsibilities: 

∙ Visit potential and existing clients in assigned areas  

∙ Generate new business opportunities (B2B sales)  

∙ Promote company products (adhesives, chemicals, industrial solutions)  ∙ Conduct product trials and coordinate with technical teams  

∙ Maintain strong relationships with customers  

∙ Submit daily visit reports and market feedback  

Requirements: 

∙ Minimum 1–3 years of experience in field sales (preferred: industrial / B2B sales)  ∙ Strong communication and negotiation skills  

∙ Education Background: B.Sc., B.Tech , MBA 

∙ Willingness to travel extensively in the field  

∙ Basic understanding of sales processes  

∙ Two-wheeler preferred  

Salary & Benefits: 

∙ Fixed Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 (based on experience)
