Telesales Job Description (JD) π
Job Title: Telesales Executive
Job Summary:
A Telesales Executive is responsible for contacting potential or existing customers over the phone to promote products or services, generate sales, and maintain good customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services
- Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers
- Answer customer questions and handle objections professionally
- Generate leads and convert them into sales
- Maintain records of calls and customer details in the system
- Follow up with customers to close sales
- Achieve daily, weekly, or monthly sales targets
Required Skills:
- Good communication and persuasion skills
- Ability to handle customer objections
- Basic computer knowledge
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Positive attitude and patience
- Qualification:
- Minimum 10th pass or graduate
- Experience in telesales or telecalling is preferred (freshers can also apply)
- Salary:
Fixed salary + incentives based on sales performance π°
