Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, generating leads, and promoting our logistics and courier services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads
- Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally
- Explain company services and convince customers
- Follow up with clients for business opportunities
- Maintain records of calls and customer details
- Coordinate with the sales team for closures
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in telecalling / customer support / sales
- Good communication skills in Hindi & basic English
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and email handling
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
