Job Position: Sales Coordinator & Inside Sales

Position Overview

We are looking for a proactive Sales Coordinator & Inside Sales Executive to support the sales team, manage customer inquiries, and coordinate sales operations. This role is crucial for ensuring smooth communication between clients, sales engineers, and management.

Key Responsibilities

Handle Outbound customer inquiries via email, phone, and WhatsApp.

Doing the lead generations, follow ups.

Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and product brochures.

Coordinate with the sales team for follow-ups and lead tracking..

Schedule meetings, demos, and presentations with clients.

Provide regular MIS reports on sales pipeline and customer status.

Key Skills & Competencies

Strong communication skills (written & spoken).

Good knowledge of MS Office, CRM tools, and email correspondence.

Highly organized with multitasking ability.

Experience in industrial/technical sales coordination preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree.

2–4 years of experience in sales coordination/inside sales.
